This "appears" to be free; just pay shipping. But if you read the terms and conditions, they charge you $79.95 if you don't return the unused portion?? They already charged that to my debit card; plus another charge of $85.37 to a "1-908-320-4322". When I call their number they inform me that "my account balance is insufficient to place a call to that destination". So I reported these charges as fraudulent, and they cancelled my debit card.
