I bought a Postal Battery Exam Study Guide from this Company last July 2008, and in their refund policy stated that if there are no job offered(including any postal exam) within the last 12 month, they would refund the whole amount of money back to me. It already passed the 12 month now but when I called all the numbers today on August 11th 2009, those numbers are not in service anymore.
