I bought online information on how to make money on internet for $1.97. I did not get any information after I gave up my credit card number. Did not received any email. When I received my credit card statement I saw the charges of $1.97 with foreign transection fee of $.05 and $79.99 with foreign transection fee of $2.39. I called the number provided on creditcard statement and they said I have to cancel it within 7 days to avoid charges. I told them that it was not stated when I gave up my number.
