I was directed to a site to order a sample. Although some may say, read the fine print, I did. No where did it say anything about agreeing to a membership. I received the sample and on my bill, not only did I receive the shipping charge of $1.00 I agreed to, there is a charge for $88.97! I called and was directed to a website to contact customer service regarding billing issues. They have now responded via email stating I agreed to the terms on the web! I did not. Now they state they will credit half. I will report them to the better business bureau and blog everywhere! This is a complete scam! read full review »
