SBI ATM

I faced a problem while trying to withdraw an amount on Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) from my ICICIbank account, from a SBI ATM, near Triangular Park, Kolkata. I don’t know if there was any problem or network failure or not, but I never received the amount and got a Transaction slip with a message “Unable to Process” written on it. But I received a SMS saying that an amount of Rs.5000/- is debited from my ICICI bank account. I don’t know why. But anyhow, I have the Transaction slip with me. I have purchased 5 Items from Indiatimes shopping online portal - and I never had any complaints about 4 (four) items I received. Even I have received a big product like Bionaire Tower fan - it was big enough to get damaged. I bought another Emergency light from e-Commerce India - that was also not at all damaged...
