Dell India is known to be very tardy in product support. The problem is that the Company does not beleive in retail marketing of spares and one always has to contact the call centre for buying spares/addressing any issues. As far as the genuineness of the spares etc are concerned, the same is a good model, provided the company has the necessary infrastructure in place.
