$165 was taken from my account without authorization for products that i have never heard of. It is called ultra acai berry slim. No offence to anyone out there in need of assistance in loosing weight. I say in fact, "good for you!!" for recognizing that sometimes its too hard to do it alone. However, I weigh 105 lbs. and have never contacted this company before. My credit card number was attached to someone else's name. My daughter ordered a bottle of both the ultra acai berry and the colon cleanse to go with it. It was suppose to be a free trial offer. All that was due was $4.95 each for shipping and handling. My account was charged $82.50 twice two weeks later. When I called to inquire as to why, I was told that if I did not contact them within 15 days to cancel the order, my credit card would be charged for the contents of the bottle. There was no paper work stating that an order had to be canceled or by when. They refused to refund my money. Now I am out $165. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
