To, GHMC Officer, Hyderabad Sub:Street Dogs Terror in Balanagar Locality Sir, I stay at Balanagar near Mandal office and eSeva office. Their are few people in our area who work for MNC Companies in night shifts. While we returning from office in the early mornings a dozens of Street Dogs chase us once we enter the lane opposite to Shobhana Commercial Complex(Opp to Anand Bhavan Tiffin Center) which goes to the Mandal office and eSeva office Balanagar.
