Dear Sir/Madam, we have bought a split 1.5 ton ac from videocon company and dealer named Empson Engineers & Contractors on 1-June-2009 and it's not working since 25-July-2009 and i have complaint so many times but didn't got any response from company even though it is in warranty period.My last complaint was on 31-July-2009 and complaint no.DEL-3107091144.So plz let me know what should i do now.
