I ordered the free trial samples and to my surprise two months later these people have taken $600 from my credit card without letting me know!!!I called the number in the UK to be told that by not sending the free samples back I was approving these charges...What!!! I asked for a phone number to call the accounts department but they didn't have one, i asked for an email address...they didn't have one, I asked for a website to look up...again none, apparently I have to wait 48-72 hours for them to contact me with their decision on... read full review »
