This is ridiculous Nicor Gas has back billed me for tenant charges. I have made several attempts to get this resolved. Now my home service was disconnected. Calling customer service is a real joke. Every representative refuse to transfer the call to a Manager, I was also told that Manager’s don’t take calls?? Over the last few days I have spent numerous hours on the phone and this issue have not yet been resolved. read full review »
