HSBC, Retail Services, Superstores Of America is by far the worst institution you can borrow money from. They charge you outrageous fee's every opportunity they get. To use their payment by phone, you must pay a $15 transaction fee. To pay your bill online you are required to be subjected to their permanent drip campaigns.
