Very poor customer service. Called to see whether they had received my payment and the agent on the call starting asking me all sorts of questions to get additional information out of me. Was I current on other payments? etc etc. Told her I was calling about my loan with SLS not about other loans and she indicate I was not being cooperative. Will be refinancing my loan with someone else in the next 30-60 days. Beware as they do not appear to be someone you would want your loan with long term. read full review »
