There's actually a SkullCandy walk-up booth in the Westfield Mall, downtown San Francisco. If I had to deal with this company via mail, from what these other reviews say, I'd be fuming rage right now. These products have a Lifetime Guarantee for anything that happens to them, and they mean anything at all except theft or loss. In the last two months I've been back to the SkullCandy booth to have my earphones replaced 4 times, and I'll be going there today for my 5th replacement!
