I ordered a tv dvd set of the Carol Burnett show for a Christmas gift last year. It arrived in January this year. The Post Office suggested I just send back the package right away, which I did the same day I received it. I have sent several emails requesting my refund to my credit card which was charged for the product before it reached me. I can not get anyone to respond to an email or give me my refund.
