Sears Parts Direct

I sent an email to cancel an order for parts from Sears Parts Direct and they kept saying - you might need the part so why don't you keep it, and I wrote back that I was still wanting to cancel. They had claimed that the parts were backordered for 14 days. They went ahead and sent the parts and told me that I would get a shipping credit. I don't want the shipping credit - I want to send the parts back for a refund. If a part is not used, they can resell it, so why won't they give customers their money back. These charity constantly runs ads that they will help disabled. I know one person who worked there a whole day and only got three dollars! Also the employees only care about getting their paperwork done and getting grants and donations rather than matching the client to a job suitable for them. Now I no longer donate to Goodwill. This company is supposed to give job leads for merchandising or mystery shopping jobs. They lure you in by letting you take a trial membership at a low price. Of course they Must Have your credit account. They then charge your account almost 60.00. If you search the web you will see that there are hundreds of complaints against them for this practice. BBB has almost 700 complaints last time I checked. Go to a reputable company if you want this type of work - check with BBB before sending anyone money. read full review »
