Am Rudra from Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India.Am facing a very frequent problem on sending SMS from my Reliance SMART No. 9861292507 to any of the STD Numbers(Very frequently to a particular STD No., Number not mentioned here due to security reasons) since December Last Year.Since then I've been trying to lodge the complain through the customer care in almost every week.
