I purchased a cellphone early this year, and it is no longer working now. At the time of purchase, i asked how the warranty works, and i was assured, all covered upto one year. When i popped up at the branch this morning, i was advised to leave it (for few weeks), to see if they can fix the problem. No temp phone was offered, therefore, i did not agree with that.
