I was at k mart on 8/08/09 which was the Iowa tax free weekend. As you can imagine it was qiute busy. When I went to check out kmart decided to upload new software which made all registers to fail. I stood in line for a half an hour before I was able to check out. When it was my turn it took another five to eight minutes of them to check 18 items out. It was ridiculous! I am also nine months pregnant and not even a single apology was offered by any of the frantic employees. read full review »
