pay pal plus added a card to my acct, that i never activated and placed it ahead of my visa card, then it would not pay for items ordered . i canceled the pay pal plus card which i never activated, but it still shows up first on my acct and i can't find any way to get it off. when i call, i get transfered back and fourth to diff places and so far no one has been able to help me. the only way i can use my visa card with pay pal is to call a representative, and they can put it through. i doubt they will ever read this either. read full review »
