ebay purchsases were autoamtically sent to my paylater accound when i thought they were being sent to my regular paypal account. i got a statemtent in the mail and was assessed a late fee for non payment. i did not want my purchase to go to the paylater account but it did. i thought that my purchase was already paid for but no i got a statement in the mail with a late fee.
