A few weeks ago, we received a letter from Secure Horizons claiming that my 93-year old mother owes $528.00 in premiums. The letter did not state what the premiums were for. As I have medical POA for my mother, I called the company immediately upon receipt of the letter in an attempt to resolve the matter.
