I am being charged by this company every month. These charges were for a game guide that never would download. I had e-mailed them that the guide would not download and that all registration codes did not work. Even though the company knows this they are still charging my checking account every month. I live on only on a disability check so this charge is killing me money wise. I had told them that I wanted to cancel all dealings with them, but they have ignored me and are still charging me every month. Thanks for letting me know I am not the only one with this problem.
