Like others who's complaints I have read, I ordered a box set of the Odd Couple TV show. My credit card was charged and I received the confirmation e-mail saying that my order would ship in 10-14 business days. It looked very official with an order ID number. There is no phone number listed anywhere on the website or the e-mail and I've sent several e-mails asking them to let me know what the status of my order is. They do not respond! What can I do to get my money back? I also linked to this website from Amazon.com. If anyone makes any headway getting in touch with these people please let me know. read full review »
