Horrible experience. When I checked into my hotel, they told me hotels.com never sent over my room specifications at all. So I was was forced to take whatever room was available, which was not satisfactory to me. My spouse and I had to sleep in separate beds, in a room next the the very loud ice machine because the king bed we had reserved via hotels.com was not available thanks to their screw up.
