Just like the others here, I got totally screwed out of $39.95 for a product that does NOTHING! I ordered the product and used it as directed for the two wek trial period. NOTHING happened. I canceled my membership and was then charged 39.95. I called several times to get the charge refunded and was faced with waits of at least 90 minutes every time!
