they have cut my account balance, i dont know y.. when i called the customer care, they said that " we are experiencing some technical problems so we cannot forward ur complaint". This they said for three days and after three days when i again called the customer care they said ur complaint cant be booked because there is no provision for the refund of the money after three days...
