I bought a Whirlpool microwave from Whirlpool in September 2008. Within six months of buying the product, the inner sheet of the oven got burnt and the microwave vessels melted. We raised a complaint with the Whirlpool Customer Serive in February 2009. The complaint was forwarded to a service centre in Trimulgherry, Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The engineers visited us on more than 6 occasions, but tuill date they have not replaced the inner sheet.
