I was billed the last two months without my knowledge. I called when I was first billed and they said I had to cancel earlier to get a refund. I couldn't call earlier since this was the first time I was aware that I was being billed without my permission. This month they billed me and then a day later refunded the amount. I think they were hoping I would think this was the refund they promised last month. Again when I called, they said I didn't let them know early enough so I couldn't get a refund for last month.
