Twice in 6 months, I depended on Fedex to deliver. In both cases, they got billing wrong, didn't deliver on time, forced me to drive somewhere for pickup (in the first case, a 12 hour drive or a $700 airline flight) and failed to remedy the situation. You would think they were just learning or trying to go out of business. I cancelled my accounts with them and am going to try Purolator. Thought there are complaints on here, Fedex has by far more complaints. read full review »
