I also ordered a month's trial period of Acai Berry. It was horrible and gave me stomach cramps. I called to cancel and after an extremely long wait, I was told to mail back the sample and I would receive a full refund. I was never told to include an RMA number. I received my Visa bill with the charge still on it and no refund. I called again and they said they were going to send another sample and charge me another month's worth and I could send this one back with the RMA number and it would be canceled and refunded.
