I recently took out a Cell C contract in May on a Samsung J700, a month later i had problems charging the phone, i went into the Cell C store and was told i needed to wait up to a month if i left my phone for repairs..i desperately agreed because i needed my phone fixed!! about 3 weeks later i receive an sms to collect, the counter clerk hands me my phone and gives me docs to sign, does not explain anything - i go home and surprise, my phone is still not working, the job receipt says 'not repairable'?!? what do i do now - i am stunned.. what now!? you guys need better service this is terrible read full review »
