On 15 July I paid a £200 deposit online to Nationwide Autodealers, Bristol, prior to delivery of a vehicle for inspection. The delivery of car was delayed and, as I had told the dealer from the start, if the car could not be delivered by the specified time I would not be able to receive it since I was travelling abroad. I requested refund of the deposit and was given an assurance that it would be done immediately.
