I was looking for some software and this website said this is available for £1.99, so I processed it. When it processed, I realize they charged me £23.94. When I called up credit card company, they said I cant cancel that but i can dispute it after 3 days. I e-mailed this company and no response. When I called up to numbers provided including UK and US numbers, they have automated response saying its out of business hours. I dont know what to do? Even the program I got is not working either and could not find the things I was looking for. Can anyone please guide me, how do I contact them or get my money back? read full review »
