I bought an Apokin laptop battery in Hong Kong for my Dell Vostro 1500 laptop last March 2009. When I went home to Manila, the battery was a tight fit into my laptop and refused to work. I emailed Apokin at Hong Kong and after several email exchanges, they asked me to mail the battery to them. I did just that and they acknowledged receipt and promised to replace the battery.
