This is a copy of the complaint which I have registered in a complaint forum... This is serious Stuff. I have been following up with HDFC bank on my refund of balance left in the Bank. The situation started in June'09 when I filed for closure of my bank account which was lying dormant and sending back the draft for balance remaining in the Account.
