I stupidly ordered this product, but then called and cancelled it within two hours after ordering. I was given a cancellation number, but the product was shipped anyway and I was charged. I called my credit card company to dispute and was told by the customer service rep. that they have dealt with complaints about this company many times. I guess I will wait and see if they try to charge me again. Just from talking to their customer service people I can see they are not a reputable company. read full review »
