I have a Samsung Flat Screen HDTV 40", it stopped working. Called Circuit City's Advantage Protection Plan, Extended Warranty and I get a number not in service, a fax tone, or this number is no longer working. When I called for a different number for other products, and finally got through to someone after 39 min. they tell me they can not help me that I have to call 800-878-1167 and it is a fax number.
