I too ordered a free sample of acipure and was led to believe that shipping was all I had to pay. Free sample came with no company information, telephone number, address, etc. This company has since charged my bank account for $39.95 and no shipment received. I finally got a phone number for this group and it is 1-888-223-6197. I am in the process of trying to get in touch with this unscrupulous business to cancel any future charges to my account.
