DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! i have called 18 times to receive my refund and conveniently enough...there is NEVER a supervisor available. They would tell me someone would call back in 48 hours. 72 hours later they hadn't. i then proceeded to call 18 times and they will not refund my money...even though i already sent everything + the free product back unopened!!! They kept telling me my credit posted...which it had not. Then, once i finally reached a supervisor (because i would not quit calling until they told me when one would be available) he kept saying, "there is nothing he can do."
