My eleven year old daughter was on a website for the Jonas Brothers and it prompted her to text to a number-then blam every month they charge 9.99 to our bill. I have been trying to get this stopped and it will not. My carrier credited a one time credit but all I get a run around after that. they told me to replySTOP as a text and it will stop. Well they just change numbers and do it all over again. The fricken Attorney General tells the customer-consumers to handle it themselves.
