Purchased one book on 20-Jul with priority shipping (3-6 days delivery). Received confirmation of order, but several days later had heard nothing about my order. Sent three successive emails inquiring about status, but never received a response. Initiated a PayPal dispute, but seller never responded. Book was finally delivered 21 days after ordering without any other contact from seller. Requested that the extra $2.20 that I spent on priority shipping be refunded to me.
