i just cancelled the "free trial" which was a 30 day trial, they still charged me $50+ for it when the last costumer service rep. said i had 30 days to try it, well it was A LIE you only got 14 days to try it and send it back which is total bullsh*t, you can't really be "satisfied" with a product that takes over 30 days to act in just 10 - 14 days!
