I paid for a year's subcription on 11/7/2008 to become a member of Pogo.com. This is January 9, 2009 and i have had several problems trying to get in to play bingo luau, spades etc. Why is it that there is no help in solving a problem with this program? I want help and i want it now or refund my money back to my acct ASAP. You don't think enought of your members to give us at least a phone number to call for help. I just found the complaint site, and have read all the complaints. I am not surprise by them all. Here is another to add to your list.
