WAS not aware needed any # or information to return package. DID not even open. Package returned noted RTS without even looking to see what it was. NO instructions on pkg for return, etc... NO credit received, NO satisfaction on phone either. SCAM for many people trying to "sample" the best others have to offer. NEVER expecting to receive such POOR assistance in the end.
