I too am dealing with a similar problem to the first one with a parrot. I was suppose to get a puppy and these people had me send $100 cash/western union and they would send dog and then I'd pay additional $100. I paid the $100, now gone, and the next day(after saying dog was on it's way) they wanted more money for insurance-I refused. Then they say they need the addt'l $100 before releasing dog.
