Santander Consumer used to be Drive Financial--I thought they were bad!!! This new company is worse. One of their "reps" called my friend & told her that it was an emergency & that she couldn't get ahold of me. My friend was in a panic--thought something had happened to me because the lady told her that I had listed my friend as an emergency contact & she played it up like I was in an accident or something.
