They have a completely rubbish service and even worse call support. They keep charging you from your balance, it keeps getting lower even if you have not made any calls for days altogether. I bought it online for 5pounds and in totality I must have made a call of just 1.5 pounds in total and when i just checked the balance after a few days it went down to just 2 pounds n something.
