My subscription renewal went to a collection agency because I didn't renew it. I haven't had time to read many of the magazines I get, so let my subscription to Men's Health lapse and kept getting nasty letters and emails that I was deliquent. This has been ongoing for months and now I just got a letter from North Shore collection agency for a $27.97 subscription renewal I didn't agree to or want. These people are relentless and lack any sense of customer service. If they think I would ever reconsider subscribing to their magazine again they're crazy. read full review »
