I would like to talk about GEMS TV. I did not like the fact when I went into their sight they had the word Fraud next to my name. They did not think it robbery when they were accepting my orders and collecting my money. I believe the problem was that I sent items back that they felt that I should not have when they were not up to par not based on what they said or thought but based on the customer.
